Doggo adventures.

 Long time, no see.  Sorry I fell down on posting for awhile. I got sick in April with COVID-19 and even though I had doctor's notes, lost that job and was fortunate enough to secure another where I could work from home.  The best thing I got from my old job was a wild puppy.  Vet estimated he was only 3 weeks old. I named him Tucker Jackson and he just turned 1 year old on August 25th. He is still a little wild, but he is Mama's boy and sticks to my side like glue. He loves to run outside when I finish for the day and go get the mail. I have to laugh because he runs circles around me the whole time. I guess that is fitting since I am his world.  I got him these baby squirrel toys and he loved them, but you should have seen his face the first time he managed to make them squeak. Hello y'all. So in case you didn't know it, y'all are helping me recover from a low point in my life. Last August, I left what had become an unhealthy relationship. It didn't start out that way. Like many, I imagine, it became bad for me little by little. Until I felt like I had no choice but try to fulfill the sadistic things he demanded. I was made to feel worthless while he still claimed to love me.  I didn't enjoy sex anymore because it became punishment and something that still haunts my nightmares sometimes. It doesn't matter how, but God brought me a bright light that illuminated for me just how bad it had become, but also for once, showed me I did have another choice. I began to feel again. I found love and the reason it never worked out with anyone else. I have learned to stop rallying against the universe and have faith that it all happens the way it's intended. I still feel lonely and broken here and there, but I keep moving forward. I th...
